A Holy Qur’an Exhibition was successfully organized at Porter Library in Stafford, Virginia. The event aimed to introduce visitors to the historical, and spiritual richness of the Holy Qur’an and to promote interfaith understanding within the local community.
Exhibit Highlights
* More than 50 translations of the Holy Qur’an were displayed, showcasing the global reach and universality of its message.
* A selection of publications was also presented, including:
- The Philosophy of the Teachings of Islam
- Life Of Muhammad (peace be upon him)
- Jesus in India
- Introduction to the Study of the Holy Qur’an
- World Crisis and the Pathway to Peace
- Muslims for peace flyers
The Messiah Has Come and Stop World War III sign boards were also displayed.
* Multiple informational banners highlighting the noble character and teachings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) enhanced the educational value and visual appeal of the exhibition and were seen by many people coming to the library.
Attendance
The exhibition was attended by 5 guests as well as numerous community members, including children. Attendees engaged with the materials, asked questions, and expressed appreciation for the opportunity to learn more about Islamic teachings.
Hospitality
Light refreshments, including coffee and food, were served. This contributed to a warm and welcoming environment, encouraging meaningful conversation and interaction among participants.
The event concluded with Salat at Stafford Salaat Center.
